Maybe. Depends on where on the series Usagi is. Without the Silver 
Crystal, yeah, he could grind her into Dog paste without breaking a 
sweat. With the Silver Crystal and onwards, she could give him a run 
for his money. And Beryl's power level puts her on the A-list from the 
get-go.
