     I'm sorry.  I couldn't diagree with you more. 
As soon as I started
reading, I knew exactly how it was going to end.  I
agree it shows great
promise, but you read through it, and again, and
you're left with the
inescapable conclusion the author was trying to say
something, maybe
something profound, and you haven't the faintest
idea what it is.
     I would suggest you try and match the
characters actions to their words
a bit more carefully, the motivation seems
completely incomprehensible to
me.

But that's the point, innit?  Sometimes you can't tell
who's talking, or even if anyone's really "talking".
It's one thing for a character to say X killed Y; it's
something else for the narrator to say X killed Y.
This isn't the best way to keep the audience guessing,
IMO, but this work at least succeeded in that.

Of course, in the end, it all comes down to how
sending a binary file (like a Word document) instead
of plain text can seriously impair or even outright
foil attempts at email communication.
