Nothing else -- at least from Earth -- in all the rest of that series.
Nothing in Ranma 1/2.  Can't think that I saw any such in Inu-Yasha, and

I'm

not very familiar with her other works, so I couldn't say if there are any
there.

I'll be the first to agree that spaceships, hoverbikes, and roof-hopping

are

far better than sitting in a six-lane parking lot in the middle of rush
hour, but it *does* seem to be a very curious bias on her part.

here's Shampoo's bicycle. I dunno that you'd call it normal since it
zooms through the air, but I think that has more to do with Shampoo than
the bike.
(Also makes me wonder, which came first, Ranma 1/2 or Cat-Girl Nuku
Nuku? Just guessing Ranma, but wonder if the bicycle gags are
derivative...?)

Actually regular cars are featured a few times in Maisson Ikoku. In
particular the Tennis coachs sports car and his fiance's limo. Also one of
the semi running gags is Kyoko's driving ability.

Some cars also show up in the Mermaid stories.

There are a few non bicyle vehicles that show up in other series. Most
notably smaller stuff such as the demons Vespa in UY, or similar small
vespa'ish delivery trucks. On the larger side of things Ranma 1/2 also
features at least one ussage of Japanese passenger trains, during the Herb
story arc.
