Nothing in Ranma 1/2.  Can't think that I saw any such in Inu-Yasha, and
I'm
not very familiar with her other works, so I couldn't say if there are any
there.

Maison Ikkoku *was* relatively normal. I remember quite a few instances
with cars. I think, however, there always was a purpose for them to be
there. Either being Mitaka's car, or a taxi servicing one of the
characters...

But yeah, other than that I can't say there are all that many cars... if any.

I'll be the first to agree that spaceships, hoverbikes, and roof-hopping
are
far better than sitting in a six-lane parking lot in the middle of rush
hour, but it *does* seem to be a very curious bias on her part.
