Greetings,

I'd like to announce the, long delayed, 1.3.0 version of Reform. Among
the changes are a few functionality changes, a few command-line option
changes/additions, and the complete scrapping of the old build system in
favor of the configure scripts of GNU autoconf. Also, for those who are
not interested in roughing it (i.e. compiling Reform yourself), binary
distributions for various operating systems and architectures are
available. Currently only Windows and FreeBSD have binary distributions
for version 1.3.0, the others should hopefully follow shortly.

Reform is a command-line (i.e. non-GUI) program written to reformat
fan-fiction or any other type of periodical/book-ish text files. It has
a variety of optional features, such as: control tags, character set
filtering, naked whitespace removal, paragraph unwrapping, separator
line handling, standard input/output support, paragraph respacing,
separation of paragraphs with blank lines, removal of indention from
paragraphs, add indention to paragraphs, convert tabs to spaces, wrap
lines, and convert output to HTML.

As always, more information on Reform can be found at it's homepage.
