No, it isn't dead.

	As Ben mentioned earlier in a post he made on my behalf, I moved
from Los Angeles to Macon, Missouri three weeks ago. I'm still in the
process of getting my Internet connection installed; it was supposed to
be done by now, but due to a lightning strike on the transmitter (it's
going to be wireless), the install has been delayed for a few days more.

	Once that's done, I'll be back in business... Almost. There's a
second issue: the server the Lost Library is on had some sort of hiccup,
and I'm unable to FTP to the site. Rakhal Stormwarden, who owns the
parent site and is donating the space for the Library, believes that we
can reset the password and correct the problem. However, we agreed to
wait until my broadband connection is in place before trying it, on the
off chance that the "fix" ends up wiping the site out. That way, I'll be
able to immediately replace the site files with little delay in service.

	In the meantime, I have several chapters of various stories
waiting in the wings for uploading as soon as the FTP problem has been
solved, and a newsletter that will go out very soon after. It's about
99% done, and only needs a few finishing touches to bring up-to-date,
and features a review of Scrapped Princess.

	On to a personal request: I'm essentially either at work or at
home in front of the computer right now because I don't know anyone in
this part of the country. Are there any fans in the area? I'd very much
like to meet someone that I could hang out with occasionally. If you
are, please reply privately.
