If I wasn't familiar with Naruto, I'd be like "don't these 'ninja' know the
meaning of stealth?". I tend think that the wizards in the know would be
more than a little scared of shinobi.  After all, part of their job is
assasination.

For example, I'd of expected Lucious to be more cautious around Naruto,
after all, he is a sort of professional assasin.  Just as an example, what
if he'd grabbed a knife and stabbed him instead of just punching him?  On
the other hand, Lucious and Draco both have ego problems, so I can see them
getting into trouble.

In a fight, the shinobi have a considerable advantage in speed, tactics, and
durability given their emphasis on combat skills.  The ability to pull off
complex illusions, body duping, and various attacks makes them very hard
targets.  On the other hand, I imagine a properly motivated wizard could
disable them in one shot, if they can get it.
