Oh HECK yeah - if he doesn't even notice shrapnel from explosions at
his figertip that blow ten foot craters, he's proof against small
arms fire at a minimum. Ranma should be too, if he knows it's coming
- he catches the same shrapnel to keep it from scraping him up. I'd
actually completely forgotten Ryoga in context with this story, but
he's probably just good and lost, tunneling underground after having
been buried also. Given that he powerrs his energy blasts with
depression, unless he's too angry to be sad when he hears about the
Tendo thing it might be someone has to tryt to convince Ranma to stop
him rampaging, when Ranma migfht not be so sure he shouldn't help
instead.

after him instead of the bozo's responsible.
