I can see it taking care of the Japanese made arrangements, but what of
the situation with the Amazons?  I doubt they would simply drop their
claim just because Ranma _Saotome_ has been declared legally deceased.

They might just drop it completely if/when Cologne finds out that 
Ranma is Happy's grand-child.  Or not.
