Oh-ho.  Interesting theory -- one that I personally would like to be
explored a bit beyond just a SPAMfic.  I can't really figure out who the
delusional one is here --  Sasuke or Itachi.  Either brother would have to
be in some serious denial to be the one responsible for his clan's massacre,
and yet manage to displace the responsibility and convince themselves that
the other sibling did it.  If Sasuke *is* the responsible one, there would
have to be some heavy-duty mental illness and/or inner power at work that
would allow him to keep Itachi's double three-point shangaran from actually
showing him the truth.  And if Itachi is, as Sasuke's memories indicate in
the manga, responsible for the massacre, does Itachi have some kind of
schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder that would convince him to
place the blame on his innocent little brother -- and them torture him for
it, trying to force Sasuke to remember something that never happened?

Either possibility is intriguing.  As it stands, your ficlet raises more
questions than it answers.  I'm hoping your fic muse allows you explore it
further, for our entertainment.  ^_~
