Yup. My spellchecker didn't give me an immediate answer, I was tired,
so I guessed...  ^_^;;

I've been reluctant to reply just to point this out, but actually,
that's "bawdy". Confirmed by several dictionaries, some of which have
that but none of which have the others; additionally, I've seen "bawdy"
many times over the years but have never before seen either of the other
spellings.

While I'm at this: someone else (elisteran) asked whether this was
entitled "Daughter of Laverna" or "Coveting a Daughter of Laverna". I'd
like to know that as well, since I can't save it from mail to my own
archive without knowing what title to put on it, and I don't want to
leave it marked in E-mail for easy location any longer than I have to.
