I'm sure this will get modded in a short while, but as far as "anime" is
defined, any form of animated cartoon is "anime" (it's a French word the
Japanese borrowed for that meaning, and then was borrowed by English
speakers to refer to Japanese Animation).
Most of the shows listed are anime-inspired, and especially in the case of
"Teen Titans GO!" and "Totally Spies", whose creators have stated that they
are Japanese Animation with an American touch, I don't see why one wouldn't
consider them "anime" in any case.

Lurker has raised a valid point. The flavor of some of the
newer wave of shows (some of which I've even seen) seem to be
oriented close enough to be included on the list.

New TMNT
Teen Titans
Xiaolin Showdown
Samurai Jack
Jackie Chan Adventures
Totally Spies
They're limited to that at the moment, but that should be
something new to feed on.
