The first one of these struck me as one of the funniest things I've ever

Congrats!

Heh, it's a bit used, but I hope still entertaining given the context. Don't know
why it popped up in my dream like that, but it did.

rise of the sons of Arius, there was an age undreamed of. And
unto this: four warrior women destined to meet a most dismal
death at the behest of the many forces of Darwin. It is I alone,
their humble guide, who can tell thee of their ruinous fate. Let
me tell you of the final hours of this doomed party of
adventurers!"

It's a damn good thing I read the above at home, rather than at the
office, that's
all I've got to say. I don't need several dozen co-workers coming over
to ask me
what's so funny.

Heh, I thought a Conan referrence would appropriately set the mood.

Those girls, during
the course of the game, had walked into every obvious trap,
angered several high ranking monsters, killed innocent NPCs in
every village they had come across (making them wanted women),
and generally got themselves in as much trouble as low level
characters as they possibly could. It was all she could do as a
DM to keep them alive from one encounter to the next.

Heh. Takes me back to my own playing days. I can JUST see this, too,
given the AZD crew.

What crackes me up is that their DM is so short she has to lay the manuals and cards
either down or to the side to address her players.

Normally
she'd just let them die, but Chiyo had no intention of repeating
what happened last time they rolled up characters. She couldn't
help but wonder for the umpteenth time what she was thinking when
she started this.

But, Chiyo-chan, isn't that often the case when you start things with
your friends?

I have to admit, they do their best to traumatize the poor girl every chance they
get. ^_^

tall grass leading to Yukarimore. The city itself is now visible
on the horizon, and before you sits an elaborate gazebo."

	"I attack it!" Tomo shouted,

(snarf!) LOL!!! This is just PERFECT for Tomo.

Oh Hell yeah. ^_^

"And the Gazebo...explodes in flames. Moreover, it looks
like the blast knocked Tomo a safe distance away only causing her
minor cuts and bruises."

(snarf) again! I'm going to hurt myself laughing this hard.

Thank ye. ^_^ Again, the joke has been done before, but put in this context I'm glad
it was entertaining for some.

Osaka laid her head down on the table. "Yeah," she agreed
as her eyes took on a glazed sheen seeing herself in a black
bikini outfit with a cute little steel Chiyo face holding the top
portion together above her breasts, roasting marshmallows. All
the while, dozens of Chiyo-chan Country residents, being led by
Chiyo-chan's father, danced a happy-happy dance around her and
the fire.

Heh.

Actually had one guy note he'd like a picture of that. I think I would too.

Finally she broke the silence, "You ever notice there's a
distinct lack of guys that ask us out?"

"Not to mention a distinct lack of named male characters in our series?
With one
exception, of course."

This is true. I don't mind the idea of 6 girls sitting in a room and talking, but
you'd think some of their conversations would turn to boys and dating. It doesn't
quite make sense that was never explored. There is some really funny scenerios that
could be used in that context.

"Nyamo-sensei probably asks the same thing," Sakaki noted
to herself.

Not quite as often as Yukari does, but yes.

Even if Nyamo has more cause than Yukari, heh.

Excellent work! More, more!

Heh, I have a couple more to write. After that, we'll see.

Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for reading!
