Akane Tendo.  Tied with Kodachi Kuno on the Most
Wanted lists of most of the civilized world.  A
biochemical genius who publically denies her talents,
she is locked in a deadly race with Kodachi for the
heart of one Ranma Saotome.  She is known to be able
to create potent biotoxins from simple kitchen
implements; already, one small Pacific island nation
has surrendered to her the moment she set foot on its
shores.  Not to be outdone, Kodachi is working on
reuniting Korea by force: she has already been given
official control over North Korea after conquering it
through psychoactive agents and ordinary terror
applied against the ruling elite, and she is known to
have similar influence over several prominent South
Korean politicians.

The military is powerless to stop them.  According to
unconfirmed but official reports, they have developed
martial arts skills that allow them to hold their own
against tanks; naval and air forces have had trouble
locking onto a single human target.  China is openly
proposing a nuclear solution, but so far the other
nuclear powers have promised retaliation for what they
call "overkill".  So far.

Both women have pledged to stop their pursuit of
Ranma if he would just marry one of them.  However,
Ranma seems resistant to such suggestions, especially
after US special forces attempted to persuade him by
force.  Hostage negotiator Kasumi Tendo has been
dispatched to convince him to defuse the looming
crisis.

And that, dad, is why Kasumi can't cook dinner for a
while.  She did not abandon you.  She did not run off
to join a biker gang, or Happousai.  And she is most
definitely still alive.  When you're done making
excuses, you know my cell phone number.  Until then,
Akane's asked me to help her manage her recent
acquisitions.
