No offense, but ideas are pretty much a dime a dozen. What you've got is
a premise, not a story. (The same, IMO, goes for the
Ranma-as-Wonder-Woman thing that someone else just posted, though that
person at least wrote a teaser for it.)

To get a story, you have to *do* something with your idea.

Okay, so Konatsu is a female. What then? What sorts of new and
interesting challenges and conflicts does this present for Ranma, or
whoever the main character of your story is? What drama, comedy,
suspense, etc. is there to be had from them? How will your protagonist's
character develop during the process? In short, where can you GO with
this?

Once you've got answers to these questions, once you've got a story, get
back to us. Or better yet, WRITE IT, instead of expecting someone else
to do the work for you. You may be thinking "No, I couldn't do that,
because I'm not a good writer." Here's news for you: NONE of us was a
good writer until we actually sat down and tried to write something.
Just about anyone who wants to get good at writing, or at anything else
for that matter, needs to start out by being bad at it.
