I definately agree with this, although I personally thought this was an 
introduction by a reporter to a documentary film or something along those 
lines...  I'd like to see you continue this.  You should probably also 
spend a little more time on the "common worse enemy makes human enemies 
friends" issue [ie. China-USA-rest alliance] and how the armed majority 
deals with crime/insane people.

much as the one where Sailormoon is a redheaded Japanese crossbreed in a
Japan that has been annexed by the US. ( Don't remember the title, but it
was damn good.)

OK, so here's the obvious question - anybody remember this fic or could 
post a link?
