Pluto's a total maniac who has Serenity under her thumb.  
So given that Pluto is calling all the shots (and she must
be calling all the shots because she just slapped around
the Queen in front of hundreds of witnesses), the question
arises, just why did Pluto decide that Saturn needed to be
treated like crap?
