Usagi is the ultimate power (because, among other things, Usagi may in

emotions running through their minds as they do that which ruins the 
world, might be interesting.  (For instance, Africa might have been

end to its constant warfare, but the peace they wound up bringing was 
the peace of the dead.  How did they feel about that at the time, and 
how do the memories affect them now?  Do they still try to keep to 
their mission of justice?  Do they believe they have no responsibility

I'll be bluntly honest. I have no idea where to go with this. I like 
your ideas, but I honestly don't know if I should even try. I was 
seriously thinking of making this idea up for grabs and letting someone 
else give it a try.
