I seem to recall reading a shortfic once where Sailor Pluto and the 
Doctor were related somehow. Father and Daughter, I think.

Granddaughter.  The First Doctor had, at the beginning of the series, a
Companion named Susan, whom he referred to as his granddaughter.
The fic made Susan and Pluto the same person, although I can't
remember the name or title of it (particularly cute since Pluto
was in fact named Susan in the dub).
