Just a bit of clarification of something.

That post back to Brian was intended to be private and somehow was sent to
the list.
As such allow me to clarify something so that things don't get any more out
of hand than they already are.

DO NOT miscontrue what I said to indicate that "lifting" the Scene with Naru
from in the Bathhouse from the anime is any sort of indictment of his use of
that scene. this use of it was nothing other than fair use of the source
material of the anime in a fic IMO. I see shade's use of that scene being no
different than the way that the multitude of Ranma 1/2 fics use the scene of
Ranma meeting the Tendo sisters for the first time to get the story rolling.

It's fair and legitimate use of the source material IMO

Brian wasn't aware of where the scene came from, I was merely clarifying
that while it may have read  like a lemony scene... that the author was
using the anime for a source for that scene.

Again, fair use of the media to build a story, nothing more, nothing less.
