The Typical American Comic Book Hero is not a sadist.  And, you know,
if Usagi is going to go to the trouble of torturing people to death,
she should at least take the opportunity to ask them a few questions,
unless she _likes_ an endless merry-go-round of monster hunting with
no chance of getting closer to the source of the problem.

Given the stated reasons for her change in attitude, I think she might

want exactly that. The longer it goes on, the more likely it is - to her
thought - that the monster who killed her family will show up, and she'll
get to put to use all that practice she's been getting in How to Give the
Monsters Nightmares.

Exactly. I wonder now, just out of curiousity, that those who have read
chapters 1(revised) and 2, can tell me exactly what Usagi's problem is. The
clues are there, I think. She does have a problem, though.

Oh, and: *really doesn't like 'The Typical American Comic Book Hero'. She's
not. She's a fricking psycho who gets her jollies off on butchering youma
nightly. The typical american comic book hero doesn't do that.
