I didn't read the phrase 'closeted with the Outer Senshi' to mean anything
particularly ecchi, though I will admit that due to the placement of the
phrase and if Uranus and Neptune were true to form, I can see how it can be
read that way.

On the issue of the Senshi's sexuality, I will say this much at least. Both
anime and manga have as much, if not more subtext that Xena: Warrior
Princess, Rei and Makoto being the Inner Senshi with the biggest quesiton
marks hanging over their heads. It's not too big a stretch to assume that
sort of relationship, especially with an AU.

As I freely confess to being a yuri fanboy though (heck, I even post on
forum at shoujoai.com) above arguement should not be taken without a grain
of salt.
