#1 thing:  Word Wrapping, Alan.  There are a lot of ways to manage it
and none of them are that hard.

The one I use, that works with both Word and Word Perfect is to use the
Courier New font at 12 points.  This gives you 10 chareters per inch.
Then set your margins at about 1.25 inches, and you should have a 7.2"
line, for 72 charecters.  Then save as Ascii Text with Linebreaks, and
presto.

Alternatly, there are quite a few word wrapping programs out there that
will take a .txt file and wrap it for you as well.  Dunno what the
current ones are, the one I use... err, used was called Win Helper and
was written by another writer over at the SMFFHQ mailing list.  Doubt
it's available anywhere else anymore.  At present I use the technique
above.
