I can think of a few more, if the author wants to follow this
suggestion: she kicked away Sentaro when he was going to kill Ranma with
a teaspoon; she was fast enough to stop the mirror clone from taking
Ranma with her inside the mirror forever; she dived into quicksand to
drag up Ranma in the onsen race; she substituted herself for Ranma to
save him from a poisonous plant in the Pink & Link story; and I'm pretty
sure she was instrumental against the dragon in Ryugenzawa, but I don't
own that book yet.

She�s also jumped into a Hiryu Shoten Ha to catch the moxibustion chart
and followed a kettle with hot water over a cliff, but perhaps only
successful attempts should be counted...
