I am not an admin but I think this discusion should be held else where.
For all those interested in this maters please check "the big 5" a small
compilation of home made explosives and the like,
"The anarchist cookbook" it is a little out of date but has some interesting
facts, I would also recomend for those who have
access the "NATO security & counterterrorisim" book, this one is continously
updated and the one I consider more educating
is a small collection of aeronautic ingeniering books I can not remember the
exact name but it was something like " Combustion,
propulsion and explosions"

Now you have to look at Ukioï¿½s flour booms another way.

Now remember that knowlege is power and it is your responsability what you
do with it.

Just to muddy the waters...

Flour itself is explosive under the right circumstances.
'Granary Explosions' can occur when a large ammount of flower dust is
suspended in the air causing a high enough fuel/air mixture that
combustion is fast enough to have tremendous force.

Same principle as fuel aerosol bombs.
