         Yes, there ARE a number of explosives that have (and NEED!) the
words "Do Not Eat" stamped on them. A number of these use either sugar
or flour as a major ingredient, and they tend to be used more in poor
third world countries than in the USA, the Anglosphere, or Europe.

         One that comes _straight_ from my Army issue Tech Manual 31-200-1
is "Fire Fudge", one part sugar, two parts potassium chlorate, and one
part water. Mix well, pour into molds, allow to cool. It's not strictly
an explosive, it's used to _ignite_ explosives. But it looks so much
like a food item TM 31-200-1 _specifically_ warns you, and I quote:

"CAUTION: Although This Mixture Resembles Fudge, It Is Poisonous And
Must Not Be Eaten."

         Heh.

         So, yeah, there are plenty of explosives that do need the
"Hey, Dummy! DON'T EAT THIS!" label.
