Hey there, Droo-chan!

I admit, I hardly have any comments about this fic; I've just been enjoying
it (actually, I remember digging up 'Like Strawberries' on ff.net early in
the year, when I first got started watching Furuba, and was rather
impressed). Admittedly, I never particularly considered Uo and Kyou as a
couple - actually, I never really considered matchups for either Uotani or
Hanajima - but this works really well.

Erm. I still am not quite done, I think. There'll be a short epilogue. Or
so I think. When I finish the next part, that's when I'll know for sure,
eheh.

As Vince said, take your time. The more we hear from you, the better.

Yes, I know I'm taking things slow. I'm vaguely frustrated myself, but
I've always been a believer in love not being an easy, fast thing; if
you've read my other fics, that much is rather obvious. While things can
move fast believably (one of my favorite Uo-Kyou stories moves much more
quickly indeed; check out Firsts, in my Favorite Stories section), I
prefer to take my time and develop them gradually.

I fully agree. Fruits Basket isn't a slam-bang paced show to begin with
(unless you count the feverishly apologetic onsen lady and her Konatsuesque
son), so a slow pacing is perfectly appropriate. Add to that the difficulty
in getting either of these two tough-hided characters' hearts to soften, and
this could be almost epic. But like I said, the more we see of you, the
better (and I'm sure you know I'm referring to other Oddzilla projects as
well), ne?

Itsu mo,
Ucchan ^_^
