Hi, all!

We all know about numerous 'fannon facts' about certain characters' 
behavior in the Ranma 1/2 manga. Nabiki in particular is subject to 
considerable misuse.

However, I was doing a bit of research when a particular subject was 
raised, and from the volumes that I have checked to date I have been rather 
surprised at the negative results.

Using the manga as a reference and completely ignoring the anime, is there 
any instance in which Nabiki tries to charge someone for information or 
rumors?  I can't find any evidence of that to date.

Admittedly, Nabiki runs a bookie operation at school and quite readily 
charges for *things* - pictures, objects, Ranma's time, etc. What I'm *not* 
finding is any evidence in the manga that she runs any sort of information 
scamming service.

References used: Viz English graphic novels, volumes 1 - 23
                  New Ranma Project English Fanscans, volumes 26 - 38

Viz volume 24 is identical to the Japanese volume 26, so there is no actual 
gap in the above list.

If someone knows of a *single* instance of Nabiki charging for information 
in the manga, please email me with the volume & page number. Please don't 
forget to note which version you're referencing (Viz/NRP).
