Well, Ranma did taken them off Happosai and hide them in an "invisible
pocket". I guess they can be ignored for now until he's ready to deal
with them again. :)

ah. If Ranma were nauseous he'd be making other people sick.
"Nauseated" is what you're looking for.
"Nauseous" is fine. It can mean either. (Actually, the meaning used here
is listed first in my dictionary, with the specific example of "beginning
to feel nauseous.")
