Even so, I have a request that may or may not be possible - I've been
reading this now over the past several years, and I know that I'm at the
point where I no longer clearly remember exactly what has happened (but
I don't have the time to go back and read the entire story again). What
would be incredibly cool is if there was a summary of events, people,
places, and terms that are in the story - because it's huge. There's so
much going on that I forget what exactly the Outsider is, and all that.

I know this is sort of a big request, but it would be great to be able
to go "Hmm, so what's that God's worshippers like?" or "What? When did
we find that out?"

	That's not an unreasonable request.  I'll try to put something together ...
maybe I'll put the running synopsis on my website so that readers can catch up
on past events.  A full encyclopedia of this world would be the best idea, of
course, but I have enough trouble getting chapters written as it is!  But I
could organize some of my notes and combine that with a synopsis.
