One thing. Although I'm sure most people understand
japanese words placed in fanfics, you need to be careful that
it's words that are commonly used enough that people will get.
I can understand chan/san/sama/kun, and a few words like
oneechan, oniichan, etc, but when you get into words describing
techniques, I have trouble. The words for techniques such as
The Breaking Point (Kachuu Tenshi Amaguriken...I think)
don't stick in my mind because they're long and hard to pronounce,
and I don't generally know what technique is being talked about
unless it's described. The only thing I can get out of that is that
Tenshi *can* mean heaven, or angels, or something to that extent.

Since the Japanese names are used in the dubs, sometimes pronounced a little
funny, here is a short list of the Japanese names of the attacks for Ranma
and Ryoga and their rough English meanings

Ryoga:

Bakusai Tenketsu (Bah-k(oo)-sahee Ten-kets(oo)) = The Breaking Point
(literally: 'blasting pressure points')
Shishi Houkoudan (shee-shee hoh-koh-dahn) = literally: Lion Roar Shot(as in
bullet or projectile)

Ranma:

Kachuu Tenshin Amaguriken (ka-choo ten-sheen ah-mah-goo-ree-ken)= Chestnuts
Roasting on an Open Fire
Hiryuu Shouten Ha (hee-ryoo shoh-ten ha) = Flying Dragon's Ascent to Heaven
Strike
Moukou Takabisha (moh-koh tah-kah-bee-shah) = Fierce Domineering Attack

Hope this helps you, and anyone else out there having the same or a similar
problem. The (oo) in the pronouciation for Bakusai Tenketsu means that the
sound the Japanese u (oo) would usually make is generally omitted, or just
very short, in these circumstances.
