Given the givens, I suspect Rei would *want* to be the bottom, but unless
Serenity has changed greatly from Usagi, she'd be a very poor top. And since
Rei does have a dom side, she could probably handle it.

Actually agree that Rei would want to be the bottom. However, as for as
Serenity, I think her many years of rule could change how she percieves
control in a relationship.
On the otherhand, having so much power and control for so many years
would make one want a little change of pace to keep oneself sane. And
yes, I think Rei could reluctantly muster up the gumption to take the top.
I think the main sticking point for me is that whenever I think of Anime
Queens, it brings to mind Aeka and dom suits.
