This assumes they even KNOW about Hogwarts. They may not.

Also, I personally would have prefered to see this set after the Master of
the Clow arch (or is it after that, and I've missed the indications?)

As far as CCS goes, this is set after Sakura recovered all the cards and
went through the whole bit with Yue, and overwrites the entire Sakura Cards
arc.

Maybe Lurker could have Lee as a student teacher, so that Sakura learns

both

Eastern, and Western style magics.

Maybe Lurker could ignote that suggestion, because it's silly to have a kid
the same age as a first year showing up to do any sort of teaching, and
maybe Lurker already has something in mind as far as Eastern magic goes.

Not to mention, where is Yui/Yukito?  I don't recall seeing any mention of
him.

There'll be mention, but I'm trying to oversimplify things deliberately.
This is not "Cardcaptor Sakura: The English Saga". This is "Harry Potter and
the Mistress of the Clow". Meaning that SAKURA *HERSELF* is the core element
of the story, and everything else from her universe is irrelevant. Plus,
"Sakura goes to Hogwarts" has enough potential all by itself; it's
absolutely unnecessary for me to go so far as to write "Sakura goes to
Hogwarts and everyone and their magic plush toy follows her there."

...at least, not for THIS year. XD

Well, besides the small matter of the time setting, I think this is one of
the Lurker's best.
