     Dumbledore's eye twitched in surprise. Ignoring the threat

in the knife, he spoke in a calm voice full of compassion and

sorrow, "Voldemort is back."

I'm assuming there's history between them as before? As long as 
you're intending Cologne's statement to have a deeper meaning than
a simple death threat to a stranger, it will be a nice twist. 

Otherwise, I still hold that Dumbledore has no reason to fear her.

     "Oh no, she much older. Grandmother Cologne is three hundred
year old," Kasumi said with perfect sincerity.

     The three friends looked at her in stunned surprise for a
second.
"That can't be right," Ron protested, shaking his head. "You must
have
your words mixed up."

Typical Ron comment, that. As well as the earlier Hermione one. 
Though she probably *does* know some Japanese.
      

     Harry spoke up. "What I want to know is, what's with that boy
worrying the way he did about wizards? He's a wizard isn't he? Why
else would he be here?"

     Kasumi who had been looking at them with worried eyes suddenly
brightened up. "Oh no, Ranma no wizard. He hero,"

And IIRC there's more to the word "hero" than the standard term?

You'll notice the lack of comments. That's because there's nothing I
could suggest to improve things. The HP characterizations are 
impeccable, and the Ranma characters are shrouded in enough mystery
to keep them interesting for even the non Ranma literate. This fic
has really become polished since I read it last. It's obvious you've 
put a lot of work into it. 

Congratulations on a gripping first chapter!
