Great to see the next part of CtCD come out - however if this is revision
two then what happened to revision one, or did I just miss it?  I don't
seem to recall reading this before...

She's used 'chan' several times now.  I can see where she might get
more formal again when they are around others, but they are still
alone.

Agreed. Will change to suit.

Can -chan even be used with a last name?  It sort of feels weird to me - a
term of endearment used with a last name which typically is used to show
respect???
