New categories this update, and a few small fixes to minor
bugs on the site. Progress on the Author Alert System is
coming along, though at a subdued pace thanks to school.
The major fix to the site this time around was to the Main
page of the site for Netscape 4.x users, the JUST IN! bar
should locate itself properly on the page now, whereas
before it was going under the rest of the page.

Only change to the user system in V1.0.8 is that I changed
the user menu around to see if it made using the console a
little easier by sorting out options based on their area of
effect.
