Eh? Eiko tells Ranma to get the minor key, which is in Juban. He/she/it also
tells Ranma that the major key is still in the possession of the former
guardian. Plus, the SM divergence is at the end of Sailor Moon S, which
means that Chibi-Usa has already been around, off and on, for around two
years...

At least that's what it _says_...
