It's been a while since I read it, but didn't Belldandy almost introduce 

herself as a goddess, a couple of times?  It seemed more like K1 was 
concerned about keeping the secret, really.

Keiichi is concerned about his privacy. The question is why do the 
goddesses care? In fact, the way Belldandy keeps blurting out her true 
nature to people is another contradictory point towards what has been 
mentioned in the early parts of this fic. That's why I urged Christian Clarke 
to drop the secrecy matter.
