I've used every other option, so as a last resort I am
spaming the list.

I am looking for a Sailor Moon story.

Unfortunately I no longer remember the title.

Here are some details
1.  It's kind of short, no more than 30 pages.
2.  New character Charon, male, wants a romance with
Pluto
3.  Jupiter discovers a new power, and that the Inner
scouts are stronger than another.
4.  Jupiter discards one of a series of powers she has
discovered because it 'needs a support team'.
5.  The butterflies from the chalice put in an apperance.
