The story was titled "Tales of Ranma & Ranko" by Jack Staik & Lady Tesser.  None of their stories have been updated in over two years, aside from a brief note by Staik last July that they were going to start doing fanfics again and a brief spam fic. 

BTW, anyone know what happened to Staik & Tesser?
