First suggestion: Don't go overboard with tags in the subject header.
IMO, [Ranma][SI Parody] or even [Ranma][Spamfic] would be plenty.
Anything more only belabors the point.

Second suggestion: Limit your author notes, particularly when you put
them before the story. Readers are an impatient lot, and would like to
get to your story as quickly as possible. However, one thing which you
*should* include is a credit to the author(s) who created the characters
you are using. You don't need to say what you think of said authors;
just acknowledge that they created the characters which you are using.

IMO, this is a synopsis, not a story. Write out the above scenes, or at
least the ones that are important for the plot, in some detail instead
of just summarizing what happened.

And pardon my bad Clara Peller impression, but... where's the parody?
This seems like the plot of a fairly typical self-insertion fic. If it
makes fun of the genre at all, I for one don't see it.

        Once upon a time a female fanfic author woke up to realize she was 
in control of Ranma's body.
        She promptly went out to seduce all takers, male or female, as 
whatever sex was appealing to them.
        Exhausted after the orgy, she went back to bed.
        When she woke up, she was herself again, and Ranma woke up to 
discover she was pregnant, all her partners (male or female!) were 
pregnant, and she herself had every STD known to man.
        Always use a condom, kids.
        The End.

Still needs to be shown in detail rather than summarized, but I think
this one has a better chance to qualify as a parody rather than an SI.
The idea of a bisexual nympho taking over Ranma's body is off-the-wall
enough to provide some good comedy potential.
