Being suspended *over* an antbed isn't that bad, as long as you're high
enough that the ants can't actually reach you. In addition, this being
based partly on anime/manga, there'd be some amusement value from
watching the ants comically attempt to jump up to reach you (until they
start building ladders, scaffolding, or other means of reaching you).
Natch.

Your Tinkers are cool.
Do they look like their original selves? Since noone commented on the
appearance of Dr. Wogglebug (giant bug), Dr. Honeydew or his assistant,
Beaker (muppets), I suppose that either they look like normal human
beings, or else Ukyo and Ryouga are sufficiently wierded out by what
they've already seen at the Tinker camp not to notice.
Some of both.
Some additional Tinkers you might use, who'd be either members of this
group (but not yet introduced), or of some other group (or, possibly,
for use in historical flashbacks):
Kagato
Souichi Tomoe
Ned Brainard
Naargh, I should know this one but I can't quite place him.
Dr. Robotnik
Leonard da Quirm
Dr. Myuu or Dr. Gero
Heh.

In your world, what's the relationship between the Aiel and Tinkers?
(Same as in canon WOT, opposite from WOT, or no relation?)
Same as the canon, though the split was, obviously enough, for somewhat
different reasons.
