Being suspended *over* an antbed isn't that bad, as long as you're high

Do they look like their original selves?  Since noone commented on the
appearance of Dr. Wogglebug (giant bug), Dr. Honeydew or his assistant,
Beaker (muppets), I suppose that either they look like normal human
beings, or else Ukyo and Ryouga are sufficiently wierded out by what
they've already seen at the Tinker camp not to notice.

Same as the canon, though the split was, obviously enough, for somewhat
different reasons.
