For a long time I was afraid this title had been abandoned. I'm glad to see 
you are still working on it. 
There was a comment I never got aroung to making about chapter 17, I 
fear it may be too late now. But if you're interested, I feel that it was not a 
good idea to bring Belldandy to the attention of the Mobius Institute. It 
restricts her freedom of action in dealing with Ranma. Besides, if Heaven 
couldn't keep its wishgivers from the Institute's attentions, it ought to have 
shut down the Office already!
Again I advise you to rein in your deisre to blab about background 
information. It is most approriate here, where Ranma is reading the Phoenix 
file, but you should remove the earlier scene (I can't remember in which 
chapter) where Kozo is briefing Gendo on the same information. It wasn't 
appropriate there.
Finally, I hope to see more than one chapter a year!
