Not to mention that the Doctor's mother was human, as anyone who's actually 
bothered to learn about the series would know instead of reading some quick 
summary. Setsuna is...whatever the hell she is. I doubt its human. Now 
granted, I know that the half human comes from the Fox movie, but it is canon 
and should be taken into account...however badly it was done.

That said, the only way this could work is if:

A) Its an alt. 

B)This is the first Doctor showing up. No easy task considering he was a 
cantakerous old chauvenist with interchangable morals and abandoned his 
grandaughter while giving a pretty speech. But at least he could be 
recognized by Setsuna.

C) CKK actually writes a more then one chapter instead of giving up upon not 
recieving instant adoration and throwing out another of whatever the smeg 
these are. They sure aint fics.
