You're making some very strange assumptions here.
Suu's brother is a prince. And appears in the Love Hina anime, if not the
manga (IIRC, he was never shown in the manga).
Suu's brother is not a Ranma 1/2 character. He is a Love Hina anime
character.
I've never read/seen Love Hina, and this universe is, after all, a
fusion of the two universes. I *do* seem to recall hearing that very
little of Suu's is mentioned in the story till near the end, which would
give Brian freedom to change that however he desired.
In other words, it's not that I have strange assumptions -- rather, I
assume nothing, not even that Suu's brother *needs* to be that of the
original anime (which, after all, I haven't seen).
Thus, he could be any type of person at all -- a Ranma char, a Love Hina
char, a Goldenboy char, or even entirely made up.
I tend to take a bit of liberty with the stories, I'll admit, but for
what it's worth, it's doubtful that Suu's brother will appear in the fic
as it's planned. If he does appear, it'll probably be someone entirely new.
