Steed seems like a redundant choice as is.  He does nothing that Drake
doesn't do, and is sane to boot.  A hint to his superfluity is the
fact that you didn't give Steed a single line.  Reducing one of my 
favourite characters to a spear carrier simply isn't on.  

My suggestion is that you have Steed recruit the members of the League
and otherwise stay back and let them go at it, playing the Campion Bond
role while Lethbridge-Stewart plays M.
