Nice bit of story-telling.
Very smooth, with natural sounding dialouge. events flow evenly from point to point in a logical and natural way.
IMO you could stand to add more narrative. This chapter is dialogue heavy. It's GOOD dialogue, but some more narrative would add depth to the story. make things easier to visualize.  Longer chapters would be nice, too. ^_*
