I'm looking for a fic I read a while back. It was a Ranma/SM crossover. Don't remember the title at all, but I do remember that it had Ranma working for the Negaverse, but the Negaverse wasn't really evil. Beryl asked Ranma to join her so he could help liberate the people under Serenity's rule - they basically had no will of their own - she gave Ranma a chance to go check whether or not she was telling the truth. So Ranma went to a new[?] colony that was being set up, disguised as a private[?] and one of the things that happened while he was there was a youma attacked and the people around just stood by and let it kill some people. When Ranma asked why no one helped, the reply was something like "we're supposed to let it do what we want as long as it doesn't do anything to the harvest[?]"
