Yep. They're trading wins and loses at the moment. Kachi sets Nabby up with
a fake billfold: Nabby gets back by having 'Pervert Wanted' posters with
Kachi's picture on them, which comes back to haunt Kachi and deny the one
shot she had at getting Hinako.

I consider everything else she's done to be bullying, though through

sneaky tricks/smarts, rather than brawn.

Oh yes. On the raw power scale, she's not that high. hence why she relies on
dirty tricks.

Ranma's an honerable idjit.  The Mecha was also an idjit, because she
it's builders are... what's more, she's faced them and their machines
previously.

Actually if you reread it you'll realize she only defeated one of their
mechsin the past: The one with no offensive capabilities. Not much of an
accomplishment.

Hmm, I don't think you're supposed to *like* Kachinko ... she's not
really a nice person.  Indeed, she seems like she's written to be
disliked.

Yep, for the most part, though she is starting to lighten up slightly. Again
it won't become evident until the end as to why.

Personally, I like the story, even though I dislike the character.

Well, I can live with that. :)
