Ranma and Saffron are fighting when Ranma is hit by some water and changes to his female body. Ranma is very near her energy end when she feels a energy she only feel in her female form. She usually tries to hold this power back because of its enormous power levels.

    Ranma open herself to the power. She feels the energy flow through her body and outward. Ranma's body charges and her clothing changes too. Akane doll's body changes back to her human form.

    Ranma's battle arora changes into a phoenix two time larger them Saffron. The energy rediates outward in a massive quanities. The power level is felt around the Earth. The Elders, the Sailor Scouts, the X-Men, Justice League, the three Goddess of Fate, the Goddess of Jurian, The Heaven and Hell, and hundreds other Star Empires feel the energy.

    On a planet, in a star system in a galaxy many megaparsec away. 25 Phoenixes look up at the stars, and smile, as a new daughter is born.

    In Tokyo Japan, Nodoka looks to the north as she feel the energy awaking in her child. Her eyes glaze over as a small smile appears on her lips. Nabiki and Soun are the only ones to see it. They sport looks of confusion. Nodoka's mind going over the thoughts that now her daughter had awakened. Soon she can return to the stars.

Maybe some can turn this into a story.
